The admin that eats
your week, automated.

Every business has a set of jobs nobody enjoys and everybody gets wrong when things are busy. Reading the same documents, retyping the same details, chasing the same missing form, writing the same reply. We map how the work actually flows, then build the thing that runs it, with a person keeping the judgement and the machine taking the rest.

What we
actually automate.

Not a platform and not a subscription. A workflow built around how your business really works, using whatever tools you already pay for, and handed over documented so it is yours.

01

Enquiries that sort themselves

Every form, email and message that comes in, read, classified by type and urgency, the record created, the acknowledgement sent and the right person told, before anybody has opened a laptop. The ones that need you get to you first. The ones that do not stop interrupting your day.

02

Documents read and checked

Files uploaded, read, named properly and filed where they belong, with anything missing, expired or unreadable flagged straight back to the sender. The chasing that used to eat an afternoon a week happens on its own, politely, and keeps happening until the file is complete.

03

Information that stops being retyped

The same detail entered once and then appearing everywhere it is needed: the CRM, the spreadsheet, the calendar, the invoice, the portal. Retyping is where errors come from, and it is the single easiest thing to take off a team.

Drafts written and held for you

Replies, summaries, quotes, reports and updates written ahead of time and queued for approval. You read, adjust and send. Nothing goes out without a person deciding it should, which is the line we do not cross whatever the client asks for.

Reports that make themselves

The numbers you check on a Monday, assembled from the tools that already hold them and waiting when you sit down. No exports, no copy and paste, no argument about whose spreadsheet is right.

An assistant that knows your business

A chat assistant on your own site or portal, answering from your documents, your prices and your process rather than from the open internet, handing over to a human the moment it is out of its depth and logging every conversation so you can see what people actually ask.

What it looks
like in practice.

The shapes this work usually takes. Yours will not be identical, because it depends on how your business actually runs, which is exactly what the scoping conversation is for.

An enquiry that fills in its own paperwork

Someone sends a form. It arrives already sorted, with the record created, the client written in, the acknowledgement sent and the right person told.

A file that completes itself

Documents arrive, get read and filed, and whatever is missing is chased automatically until the pack is whole.

A Monday morning that is already done

Last week assembled overnight into one screen, with anything out of the ordinary flagged rather than buried in a row of numbers.

A reply waiting to be approved

The routine response drafted from the case, sitting in a queue. You read it, change a line, send it. Two minutes instead of twenty.

An answer at two in the morning

The assistant on your site handles the question everybody asks, and books the ones it cannot answer into your diary.

A handover that is not a person

The process written down in a system rather than in one employee's head, which is worth more the day they are on holiday.

We describe capability here rather than naming clients, because most of this work sits behind a login and inside somebody else's business. Ask in the scoping conversation and we will walk you through what we have built, in detail, with the permission of the people we built it for.

Being found by
the AI, not just Google.

A growing share of people now ask an assistant instead of typing into a search box, and the assistant answers by quoting a handful of sources. If your business is not one of them, you are invisible to that customer no matter where you rank. This is newer than SEO and most sites are not built for it.

Pages an assistant can quote

Clear factual answers to the questions people actually ask, in plain language, on pages that state what you do, where, for whom and at what sort of cost.

Structured data done properly

Your services, prices, hours, area and questions marked up so a machine reads them without guessing. Most sites either skip this or get it wrong.

Clean, readable markup

Real headings and real text rather than words baked into images or assembled by script, so anything reading the page gets the whole page.

An answers layer

A question and answer section built for the way people phrase things out loud, which is different from the way they type into Google.

Consistency across the web

The same name, details and claims wherever your business appears, because an assistant weighing sources notices when they disagree.

Checking what they say about you

We ask the assistants about your business, in the words your customers would use, and show you what comes back. Uncomfortable reading, usually, and the fastest list of fixes you will get.

If it has an API,
we can wire it in.

Almost none of this happens in isolation. The value shows up when the tools you already pay for start talking to each other, so the same piece of information is entered once and then turns up everywhere it is needed.

Where a system has no API we look for a webhook, an export, or a sensible way in, and if there genuinely is not one we will tell you that early rather than bill you to find out. Nothing gets connected without you knowing exactly what data moves where.

Where the
human stays.

Automation goes wrong in predictable ways, and most of them come from letting the machine decide something it should only have prepared. These are the lines we build in whether or not you ask for them.

Nothing leaves without approval

Anything that reaches a client, a lender, a supplier or the public is drafted and queued, never sent on its own authority.

Your data is not training material

Client information is processed to do the job in front of it and nothing else. Where a model is involved we tell you which, and what it can see.

Everything it did is on the record

What ran, what it decided, what it changed and when, so you can answer for the system rather than trust it.

It fails loudly

A workflow that breaks tells somebody. The dangerous automation is the one that quietly stops working and nobody notices for a fortnight.

You own it

Built in your accounts where it matters, documented in plain English, and handed over. No hostage situation, no monthly fee to keep your own process running.

We will talk you out of it

If a job is cheaper to keep doing by hand, or too rare to be worth building for, we say so. An automation nobody needed is worse than no automation at all.
