Privacy policy

WebWeaver is a trading name of Ash Jensen, a sole trader ("we"), who builds websites, systems and automations and runs AI training for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through webweaver.design and while working with clients, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect

• Enquiry and audit forms: your name, email address, business name, website address and anything you write in the message. We use this to reply to you and to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Payments: deposits and care plans are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
• Client work: during a project we hold the content, logos, credentials and business information you give us to build the site, under our contract with you.
• Website analytics: none at present. If we add analytics we will use a cookie-free, privacy-first provider and update this policy first.

Cookies

The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is needed. Your browser may store a small preference locally so the intro animation is shorter on a return visit; that never leaves your device. Stripe payment pages set their own cookies when you use them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audits: 12 months from our last contact, then deleted unless you become a client. Client project files: for the length of the contract and 6 years after, for tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time unless we are legally required to keep it.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the service work: hosting (Vercel), email, form handling, payments (Stripe), and project tools. Some of these process data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses or UK adequacy decisions. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email hello@webweaver.design and we will respond within one month.
